What counts as a live home?A home that's bookable on at least one AI channel. Paused homes aren't billed, and changes are prorated by the day.

Do you take a commission?No. You're the merchant of record, so guests pay you directly and you keep 100% of every booking. Brek never takes a cut of your payments the way OTAs do.

Any booking fees?None. Guests pay your price with no service fee added, and you pay no fee per booking.

Payment processing?Card processing is charged by your own Stripe account or your PMS at their standard rates. Brek adds nothing on top.

Contract?None. Pay monthly and cancel anytime. Your listings, calendars and bookings stay yours.
